Terms and conditions of rental :
• Room rates exclude breakfast

Monthly room rates are excluding the following expenses :
• Water supply 30 Baht/unit
• Electricity 6 Baht/unit
• Telephone 5 Baht/call (local area call)

Monthly rental payment :
• Advance 1 month rental and security deposit equal to 1 month rental (for the room rent) and additional 3 months rental for office rent.
• Security deposit for damages will be refunded upon termination of the rental agreement.
